CARY, N.C. — INDA, the Association of the Nonwoven Fabrics Industry, proudly announces the election of four distinguished leaders to its 2025 Board of Directors.

The Board serves a critical function in shaping INDA’s strategic direction, ensuring that it remains responsive to the changing needs of the industry and its members while developing relevant policies and programs.

“We are excited to welcome these exceptional professionals whose insights, extensive experience, and leadership will significantly enhance INDA’s initiatives,” stated Tony Fragnito, President of INDA.

“Their collective expertise will further strengthen our role as the leading resource for industry knowledge, technical innovation, workforce development, market intelligence, and sustainability within the nonwovens sector.”

The newly appointed Board Members include:

Ginny Casstevens, Director of Sales – North America, Fibertex Nonwovens, Inc.

Ginny is adept at developing, expanding, and managing global nonwoven platforms across various technologies, including spunlace, spunbond, chem bond, needlepunch, and thermal bond. With extensive experience in cotton and other natural fibers, she is dedicated to promoting safe and sustainable solutions for all nonwoven applications. Her success is founded on building trust-based relationships and consistently achieving mutually beneficial results. An active leader in the industry, Ginny served on the WOW Committee from 2006 to 2014 and the Hygienix Committee from 2014 to 2022. She lives in Florence, SC, with her husband and daughter and enjoys golfing, beach activities, and cooking in her spare time.

Aleksandra Kruszewska, Director R&D Business Development, Reckitt

Aleksandra Kruszewska earned her PhD in Organic Chemistry from Warsaw University in Poland and completed her post-doctoral fellowship at Imperial College London, UK. Her research focused on the synthesis of novel bioactive products, including antibiotics and therapeutic agents for cancer detection and treatment, which has been published in numerous peer-reviewed journals and presented at various conferences. She joined Reckitt in 2007 and relocated to the U.S. in 2013, holding various positions in regulatory and R&D departments. Since 2018, she has led the development of disinfecting wipes, driving research in germ protection and promoting modern technologies within development strategies, such as modeling and AI precursors. Aleksandra played a key role in launching the first branded 100% cellulosic-based wipes in the EU and US and contributed to a 300% business growth, including achieving the first EPA-approved product effective against COVID-19. Her work earned recognition from an external marketing organization, with Lysol Plan Based Disinfecting Wipes awarded Product of the Year in 2022.

Mark Tumelty, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Nice-Pak Products, Inc.

As Senior Vice President and General Manager, Mark oversees category-driven strategies aimed at fostering customer-centric growth and profitability at Nice-Pak. He manages a diverse portfolio that includes baby and personal care products as well as facial categories and new ventures. Prior to joining Nice-Pak, Mark spent 17 years at Campbell Company in various brand management, marketing, and sales roles, leading businesses across several categories including Soup & Broth, Beverages, Baby, and Italian Sauce. He holds an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina and a BA in Sports Management from the University of Richmond, with minors in Leadership Studies and Business Administration. Mark resides in New Jersey with his wife Kathryn and their three children, enjoying youth sports in their free time.

Mariagiovanna Ramini Vetere, Vice President Sustainability and Public Affairs, NatureWorks

As Vice President of Sustainability and Public Affairs at NatureWorks, Mariagiovanna represents the company in public and legislative affairs and oversees sustainability initiatives. Her responsibilities encompass government relations, exploring Circular Economy options, feedstock and biomass sustainability, the bioeconomy, and collaborating with relevant industry associations and external stakeholders. Mariagiovanna has cultivated a vast network of relationships with industry associations, brand owner associations, and NGOs, and possesses practical experience navigating the legislative process in both the EU and the USA. She has spent ten years with Corepla, the Italian PRO for Plastics Packaging Collection, Recycling, and Recovery, where she gained expertise in Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR). Her previous experience includes working with consulting firm KPMG focused on Business Process Reengineering. Mariagiovanna holds master’s degrees in both philosophy and economics.

The INDA Board comprises elected members serving three-year terms, with one-third elected annually by the general membership. The Executive Committee, authorized to represent the Board between formal meetings, includes:

  • Appointee: Robert Weilminster, EVP & General Manager, US & Canada – Health, Hygiene and Specialties Division, Magnera
