Kings Mountain, NC – : Textiles Monterey Group announced the successful acquisition of Patrick Yarns, formerly part of the Coats Group. The Kings Mountain, North Carolina-based facility will now operate under the name FilSpec USA, marking a significant milestone in the advancement of specialty yarn production.

This acquisition reinforces FilSpec’s dedication to delivering high-quality technical specialty spun yarns across North America and Europe. FilSpec USA will collaborate with the company’s existing operations in Sherbrooke, Quebec, broadening production capabilities and strengthening FilSpec’s leadership in the yarn industry.
