A central feature of the exhibit is the TC 30i card, which has already proven its capabilities in global installations. This machine offers up to 40 percent higher output in man-made fiber applications while protecting or improving the final output. This advancement in Trützschler carding is supported by the T-GO system, an automatic gap optimizer that provides precision settings beyond manual capabilities. By integrating advanced spinning mill technology into the preparation stage, mills can achieve significant gains in fiber processing efficiency.
The IDF 3 integrated draw frame complements these gains by shortening the preparation process for rotor and airjet applications. This system is designed to handle raw materials with high short-fiber content while maintaining process stability. By ensuring reliable fiber guidance, the IDF 3 helps produce a more homogeneous output, resulting in superior sliver quality and lower IPI values across various blends, including recycled materials.
High-Capacity Combing and Precision Components
Furthering the push for higher output, Trützschler will highlight the TCO 21XL combing machine. Featuring twelve combing heads rather than the standard eight, this equipment provides a significant boost to Spinning Mill Productivity and increases output by approximately 50 percent. Even with this increased capacity, the machine maintains excellent sliver quality while reducing energy consumption per head. The inclusion of the COUNT CONTROL function ensures a constant sliver count, providing a high level of quality assurance for premium yarn production.
In addition to heavy machinery, the exhibit will feature the STEELTOP flat top, manufactured from high-quality steel. This component is engineered to double the service life of conventional alternatives, especially when processing lower-grade natural or man-made fibers. It is fully compatible with Trützschler carding systems and contributes to fiber processing efficiency and sustainability by reducing waste and lowering replacement costs. Customer data indicates that these components can reduce neps by up to 20 percent.
Digital Ecosystem and Operational Transparency
The presentation at CAITME also includes a focus on digital tools like MyMill and MyTrützschler. These cloud-based and customer-centric platforms provide mill owners with deep production insights and simplified access to expert support. By setting new standards for modern textile machinery by way of digital integration, these tools offer greater visibility and control over the entire production environment.
