Trützschler Nonwovens and American Trützschler are thrilled to announce their participation in IDEA 2025, taking place in Miami Beach, USA.

Innovative Machinery Aiming for Production Excellence

At the exhibition, Trützschler will present two revolutionary product innovations: the X-Series carding machines and the Modular High Performance Dryer (MPD).
The X-Series features the newly developed carding models, NC-X and NCT-X, which enhance productivity by up to 4%, decrease raw material usage by as much as 2.5%, and offer over 100 additional operating hours annually. These cards can be utilized in both inline and crosslapper configurations, producing a variety of end products, including hydroentangled wipes, lightweight through-air bonded hygiene nonwovens, heavy high-loft nonwovens for insulation, and needle-punched technical nonwovens.

The MPD dryer is designed to optimize thermal energy efficiency during the drying of hydroentangled nonwovens. It can operate using traditional energy sources such as natural gas, electricity, or heat exchangers, as well as CO₂-neutral hydrogen or biogas. Its vertical design and compact footprint make it an excellent choice for enhancing the capacity of existing hydroentangling lines.
