DORKING, England — March 6, 2025 — The upcoming FESPA Global Print Expo, European Sign Expo, and Personalisation Experience are set to be bigger than ever, taking place from May 6 to 9, 2025, at Messe Berlin, Germany. With over 550 exhibitors confirmed across 36 countries, this year’s event already surpasses last year’s participation, promising an impressive showcase of the latest products and innovations in specialty print, sustainability, print-on-demand, and intelligent automation.

Among the 198 first-time and returning exhibitors are renowned names such as Plockmatic Group, Morgana Systems, Mikkelsen Innovations, and Robotfactory, marking a strong comeback after an absence from the 2024 events.

Visitors across these three co-located events will have access to a comprehensive range of hardware solutions for wide format printing, textile and garment decoration, and finishing. Leading industry players like AGFA, Brother, Canon, Durst, EFI, Epson, Fujifilm, HP, Kongsberg PCS, Kornit Digital, M&R, Mimaki, Ricoh, and Roland will be exhibiting their latest innovations.

For software enthusiasts, exhibitors such as Caldera, Onyx, PrintFactory, and SA International will demonstrate cutting-edge solutions for end-to-end workflows, colour management, job onboarding, and RIP and CNC technologies.

Additionally, the event will feature an extensive range of consumables, including self-adhesives, aluminium composite materials, paper, inks, and flexible PVC media. Participating companies include industry leaders such as 3A, 3M, Berger Textiles, Coldenhove, Decal, Endutex, Fedrigoni, Hexis, IGEPA, Pongs, Sun Chemical, and UPM.

The European Sign Expo 2025 will host over 100 exhibitors, offering a glimpse into transformative developments shaping the signage and visual communications industries. Companies like ABC Display, Adsystem, Cosign, Domino Sign, EFKA, LUCO LED, NSELED, SIGN-Ware, and TPS will present products spanning channel lettering, digital and dimensional signage, illuminated displays, LED systems, outdoor solutions, laser cutters, and routing tools.

Meanwhile, the Personalisation Experience will focus on customisation software and production automation, with exhibitors such as Antigro, Kit Builder, Konfigear, ip.labs, and XMPie showcasing their innovative solutions.
