Luna can suggest clothing items that complement what the customer is currently wearing or assist in curating a complete outfit tailored to individual preferences.
Customers can engage with Luna through an interactive in-store kiosk or remotely via Telegram. By analyzing real-time data from customer interactions, Luna provides customized style guidance and product recommendations, enhancing the overall shopping experience.
The introduction of Luna is part of a month-long celebration for the launch of Skechers’ new outlet in Singapore’s Punggol Digital District, a hub where technology and retail are increasingly intertwined.

According to We Are Social Singapore, Luna showcases how AI can redefine retail by offering recommendations based on unique customer preferences, paving the way for a more cohesive and interconnected omnichannel shopping environment.
