Skechers AI Shopping Assistant Redefines Retail Experience

Developed by We Are Social Singapore, the Skechers AI shopping assistant, Luna, serves as a virtual stylist, offering personalized fashion recommendations. Luna can suggest clothing items that complement what the customer is currently wearing or assist in curating a complete outfit tailored to individual preferences.

Customers can engage with Luna through an interactive in-store kiosk or remotely via Telegram. By analyzing real-time data from customer interactions, Luna provides customized style guidance and product recommendations, enhancing the overall shopping experience.

The introduction of Luna is part of a month-long celebration for the launch of Skechers’ new outlet in Singapore’s Punggol Digital District, a hub where technology and retail are increasingly intertwined.
