As part of the PROSIZE sizing machine series, the HSB achieves a cover factor of up to 100% through its intelligent process concept. It also offers a high filling ratio, bonded yarn guidance, and reduced size add-on consumption.
Cost and Environmental Savings
The HSB Size Box delivers savings of up to 10%, which directly reduces both costs and environmental impact during sizing and the subsequent desizing process. The machine further benefits users through low maintenance requirements and easy access to core components.
In terms of speed, the HSB Size Box reaches a maximum sizing speed of 160 m/min as standard, with an optional upgrade to speeds of up to 200 m/min — giving manufacturers the flexibility to scale output as needed.
